This glitter vinyl has actual polyester glitter flakes encased in a high quality heat sealing adhesive. The vinyl has a textured finish with reflective glitter flakes for ultimate shine and sparkle, but since the flakes are sealed, they are neat and easy to work with. Each sheet is cut to 3" wide and 13" long. This is meant for 1/2 of a standard cheer bow or one tailless. Two will be needed to make a full standard bow. Sold individually.
