Have an idea for a cheer bow? We turn your concept, artwork, logo, or sketch into a custom, production-ready digital design created specifically for cheer bows.
We understand cheer bow construction because we actually make cheer bows. That means we design with real-world considerations like loop and tail placement, folding, gathering, graphic positioning, proportions, and rhinestone spacing in mind.
You are purchasing custom design services. You will receive digital files that allow you to produce the design yourself. Depending on the design, you may use a vinyl cutter, embroidery or rhinestone machine, sublimation printer, or other compatible equipment. You are responsible for having the equipment and materials necessary to produce your finished bow.
WHAT WE CAN CREATE
RHINESTONE DESIGNS
Custom rhinestone layouts using standard round stones such as SS6, SS10, SS16 and more, as well as luxury shapes including Baguette, Navette, Marquise, Oval, and other specialty stones.
SUBLIMATION DESIGNS
Print-ready sublimation artwork designed and positioned specifically for cheer bow ribbon.
CUT VINYL DESIGNS
Production-ready vector files for cut HTV or vinyl.
MIXED-MEDIA DESIGNS
Combine sublimation, cut vinyl, rhinestones, luxury stones, or other elements into one custom cheer bow design.
CUSTOM SIZING
Designs can be created for standard 3" x 14" cheer bow strips or your specific ribbon dimensions.
WHAT YOU RECEIVE
Your finished design will be delivered digitally in the file format or formats appropriate for your project.
Rhinestone and cut-vinyl designs are typically provided as vector files such as SVG, DXF, EPS, and PDF.
Sublimation designs are provided as high-resolution print files such as PNG or other appropriate formats.
The exact files you receive will depend on the type of design you purchase and how it will be produced.
Nothing will be mailed to you. No physical bow, ribbon, rhinestones, transfers, vinyl, or other materials are included.
HOW IT WORKS
1. PLACE YOUR ORDER
Send us your logo, artwork, team colors, inspiration, sketch, or description of what you'd like created.
2. TELL US HOW YOU PLAN TO MAKE IT
Let us know whether you need sublimation, cut vinyl, rhinestones, or a combination. For rhinestone designs, include your preferred stone sizes and colors if you have them.
3. WE CREATE YOUR DESIGN
We build your design specifically for a cheer bow, taking into consideration how the ribbon will be cut, folded, gathered, and assembled.
4. REVIEW YOUR PROOF
We'll send you a proof to review. Standard pricing includes one minor revision.
5. RECEIVE YOUR DIGITAL FILE
Once approved, your completed files will be delivered digitally through the email address associated with your order.
From there, you are responsible for producing and assembling your bow.

Standard Turnaround: 2–3 business days for your custom design.
Rush Orders: Rush processing may be available for an additional fee. Please contact us before ordering to confirm current availability.
PRICING & DESIGN COMPLEXITY
Standard pricing covers most custom designs and includes one minor revision.
Additional charges may apply for designs requiring extensive additional work, including individual athlete names or numbers, multiple colorways, highly detailed artwork, intricate logos, or especially complex rhinestone configurations.
If you're unsure what your design will require, send us your artwork or idea before purchasing and we'll be happy to help determine the appropriate service.

You are purchasing our time and expertise to create a custom cheer bow design and the digital files needed to produce it.
No physical products will be shipped.
You are responsible for all production after receiving your files, including printing, cutting, rhinestone application, ribbon, materials, equipment, and bow assembly.
Because each design is custom-created specifically for you, refunds are not available once final files have been delivered.
